This policy explains how Travelerset ("Travelerset", "we") handles information when you visit travelerset.com. You can read every article without an account or giving us personal information.

Information we collect

Server logs. Our web server records standard technical information for each request: IP address, page requested, date and time, browser type and referring page. We use it only to run and secure the site.

Emails and the contact form. If you email us or use our contact form, we receive your name, address and message and use them only to reply.

Job applications. If you apply through our Careers page, we receive your name, email, the role, any links you add and your CV. Submissions are stored on our own server, used only to assess your application, and deleted within 12 months unless you ask us to keep them for future roles.

We do not run advertising, analytics cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not sell or share personal information.

Third parties

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when fonts load (Google Privacy Policy). Links to other websites are governed by those sites' own policies.

Retention

Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and then deleted. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email our contact form with the subject line "Privacy". You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Travelerset is a general audience site and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
